Acceptable Use Policy

RyzenRDP servers are for legitimate work. This policy lists what is allowed, what is not, how shared resources are used fairly, and what happens when the rules are broken.

Last updated:

RyzenRDP is a brand of Rackvolt Cloud Solutions Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India.

Allowed uses

Anything legal that respects other people, other networks and our shared infrastructure, for example: trading and charting platforms, bots and automation that follow the rules of the services they use, game servers, development and testing, databases, web applications and remote office work. See use cases.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to you and to anyone you allow to use your server, and you are responsible for their use.

Prohibited uses

You may not use a RyzenRDP server, or let anyone else use it, for:

  • anything illegal under the laws of India, of the country where the server is located, or of the country you use it from;
  • spam: bulk or unsolicited email, messages, comments or posts, or hosting or advertising anything promoted that way;
  • attacks and intrusion: hacking, unauthorised scanning or probing, brute-forcing passwords, exploiting vulnerabilities, and denial-of-service attacks or tools;
  • fraud: phishing, carding, scams, identity theft, fake shops, and payment or account fraud;
  • malware: creating, hosting or spreading viruses, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control servers or stolen data;
  • illegal or harmful content: child sexual abuse material (reported to the authorities without notice), content that promotes terrorism or violence, and content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
  • unlicensed software: pirated or cracked software, key generators, or software used outside the terms of its licence;
  • cryptocurrency mining of any kind, including mining software running in the background;
  • hiding abusive traffic: open proxies, open mail relays or anonymising services used to hide the origin of abuse;
  • fake engagement and evasion: creating fake accounts, followers or reviews, or evading another platform's bans and limits.

Fair use of shared resources

vCPUs and network capacity are shared between the servers on a host. You may use the resources of your plan fully, but not in a way that degrades the service for other customers. If one server's sustained processor load or traffic does, we may limit it and will contact you about a larger plan or a change in how the server is used.

Bandwidth is unmetered (fair share): there is no monthly transfer cap, and this fair-use rule is what keeps it that way for everyone.

Email and port 25

Outbound port 25 (SMTP) is closed by default to stop spam leaving our network. If you run a legitimate mail server, open a support ticket explaining its purpose; we review each request and may open the port. Sending through an authenticated email service on port 587 or 465 does not need port 25.

Automation and bots

Bots, scripts and browser automation are welcome when they follow the terms and robots rules of the sites and services they use. Account farming, ticket or sneaker bots that bypass purchase limits, credential stuffing and automation designed to avoid detection are not allowed. See bot hosting.

Network abuse

No denial-of-service attacks, traffic floods, IP or MAC address spoofing, use of IP addresses that are not assigned to your server, or any use that degrades the network for other customers.

Keeping your server secure

You are responsible for the security of your server: install Windows updates, use strong and unique passwords, keep Network Level Authentication on for Remote Desktop and limit who can reach it where you can, and remove software you no longer use. A compromised server that sends spam or attacks others may be suspended until it is cleaned or reinstalled.

Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected breach. We may suspend or terminate a service immediately, without notice and without refund, when it breaches this policy or puts our network, our customers or anyone else at risk. Where the problem is accidental, for example a compromised server, we usually contact you first so you can fix it. We cooperate with law enforcement, and may report illegal activity and preserve related records as the law requires. See the Terms of Service.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse from a RyzenRDP IP address to [email protected] with "Abuse" in the subject. Include the IP address, timestamps with the time zone, and relevant logs or message headers. We review reports 24/7. You can also use the contact page.
