Ordering and pricing

How much does Ryzen RDP cost?

Plans start at $14.99 a month for 2 vCPU, 2 GB DDR5 RAM and 40 GB Gen4 NVMe SSD and go up to $129.00 a month for the largest tier. Prices are in USD and listed on the pricing page.

How do I deploy a server?

Open the configurator, choose a location, CPU family, plan, Windows Server edition and billing cycle, then continue to the console to create your account and pay. Your server is set up within 24 hours of payment.

Is the advertised price the real price?

Yes. The plan price is what you pay, with no setup fee, and the renewal price is the same. The blockchain network fee for sending a crypto payment is set by the network.

Is there a free trial?

No. There is no free trial and no money-back guarantee.

Can I rent an RDP monthly?

Yes. Monthly is the shortest billing cycle, and you can cancel before the next invoice.

Plans and hardware

Which CPU do I get in each location?

AMD Ryzen in New York, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Germany, United Kingdom and Netherlands; AMD EPYC in Los Angeles and Canada. Every plan runs on Gen4 NVMe SSD storage and DDR5 RAM. For Texas, see Houston and Dallas.

Are the cores dedicated or shared?

Shared. Each plan's vCPUs are virtual processors on a host that other servers also use, not reserved physical cores. You can use your plan's vCPUs fully; sustained heavy load is balanced fairly between servers under the acceptable use policy. Plans have 2 vCPU on T1, 4 vCPU on T2 and 6 vCPU on T3 to T6; above T3, a larger tier adds RAM and NVMe storage, not vCPU.

What port speed do I get?

Every server has a 1 Gbps network port. Bandwidth is unmetered (fair share): there is no monthly transfer cap, and the network is shared fairly between customers.

Can I upgrade later without losing data?

Plan changes are arranged through support. Open a ticket with the tier you want, and before anything changes we confirm whether your server can be resized in place or needs a new server, and what the difference costs. Keep a backup of your data before any plan change.

Do I get a dedicated IP address?

Yes. Every server includes one dedicated IPv4 address from its location's data centre network.

Access and setup

Do I get full administrator access?

Yes. You sign in as Administrator on your own Windows Server virtual machine.

How long does setup take after payment?

Servers are set up within 24 hours of payment. We do not promise instant setup.

When is support available?

Support runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through tickets in the console and by email at [email protected].

Which Windows Server versions can I choose?

Windows Server 2022 Standard, with the full desktop (Desktop Experience). Windows Server 2025 Standard is being confirmed and cannot be ordered yet. Windows 10 and 11 are not offered.

Can I install any software?

Yes, within the law and the acceptable use policy. You are responsible for the licences of software you install.

How do I connect to my RDP?

On Windows, press Win+R, type mstsc, enter your server's IP address and sign in as Administrator. On Mac, iPhone and iPad use Microsoft's Windows App; on Android, Microsoft's Remote Desktop app; on Linux, Remmina or FreeRDP. See the mstsc guide.

Your console: servers, billing and tickets

What can I do in the RyzenRDP console?

The console holds your servers and their sign-in details, your invoices and account credit, and your support tickets. Power, reboot and reinstall requests are handled through a support ticket, 24/7.

Billing, payments and refunds

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrency through Cryptomus. Pay each invoice from the console; renewals are invoiced and never charged automatically, and prepaid account credit can pay them.

Can I pay with crypto or PayPal?

Crypto, yes, through Cryptomus. PayPal, cards and bank transfer are not accepted.

Do you offer refunds?

There is no money-back guarantee. Refunds are possible only in the cases set out in the refund policy; account credit is not refundable.

Locations and IPs

Which location should I choose?

The one closest to you or to the services your server connects to. See all locations.

What IP addresses come with my server?

Each server gets one dedicated datacentre IPv4 address from its location. We do not sell residential IP addresses.

Acceptable use

Is port 25 open?

Outbound port 25 (SMTP) is closed by default to prevent spam. If you need it for a legitimate mail server, open a support ticket explaining the use; we review each request.

Still have a question?
