How billing works: monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Choose a cycle: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. On every plan every billing cycle costs the same per month, so a longer cycle simply means fewer invoices.
- No automatic charges. Renewals arrive as an invoice in your console before the due date. Nothing is taken from a card or wallet without you paying the invoice.
- Account credit. You can keep prepaid credit on your account; when a renewal invoice is created, available credit is applied to it automatically.
- No setup fee on any plan, and the renewal price is the price you started on.
What every plan includes
Hardware
- AMD Ryzen and AMD EPYC processors with Gen4 NVMe SSD storage and DDR5 RAM
- Plans from 2–6 shared vCPU and 2–32 GB RAM
- 40–500 GB of NVMe SSD storage
Windows Server
- Windows Server 2022 Standard, installed for you
- Full Administrator access
- Remote Desktop enabled and ready
Network
- 1 Gbps port and one dedicated IPv4 address
- Bandwidth: unmetered (fair share)
- 8 locations in the US, Canada and Europe
Service
- Set up within 24 hours
- Support 24/7 by console ticket and email

Payment methods
We accept cryptocurrency through Cryptomus. When you pay an invoice in the console you are taken to the Cryptomus payment page to complete the payment in a supported cryptocurrency. The invoice is marked paid once the payment is confirmed.
We do not take card, PayPal or bank-transfer payments.
Refunds and cancellations
There is no free trial and no money-back guarantee. If something is wrong with a service, tell us and we will try to fix it first; refunds are considered case by case under the refund policy. You can cancel at any time from the console, and the server runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Choosing the right plan size
A starting point, not a rule. Memory is usually the first limit you hit on Windows, so size for RAM and you can rarely go far wrong.
| Workload | Suggested start | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One light desktop: browser, office apps, one bot | T1 or T2 | Windows Server with the desktop needs at least 2 GB of RAM |
| One trading or charting platform with several charts | T2 or T3 | More RAM and cores for chart history and indicators |
| Several platforms, bots or a small game server | T3 or T4 | Memory for several processes and game worlds |
| Databases, builds, several users | T4 to T6, on either CPU family | More RAM and NVMe for data and sessions; vCPU stays at 6 from T3 |

Pricing FAQ
Is the advertised price the real price, or are there hidden fees?
The price on the plan is the price of the server, in USD, with no setup fee. Your blockchain network fee for sending the payment is set by the network, not by us. Any tax that applies to your order is shown on the invoice before you pay.
Does the price go up after the first month?
No. There is no introductory price: a renewal is invoiced at the same price as your first invoice for the same cycle. If we ever change prices, we tell you before your next renewal.
Can I pay monthly or rent an RDP short term?
Yes. The shortest cycle is one month, and you can cancel before the next invoice is due.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cryptocurrency through Cryptomus, paid through the invoice in your console.
Can I pay with crypto, PayPal or UPI?
Crypto, yes: all payments go through Cryptomus. PayPal and UPI are not accepted.
Do you offer refunds or a money-back guarantee?
There is no money-back guarantee. Refunds are possible only in the cases described in the refund and cancellation policy.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no free trial on any plan.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, through support. Open a ticket with the tier you want; before anything changes we confirm how the change is made for your server (resized in place or moved to a new server) and the price difference for the rest of your billing period. Keep a backup before any plan change.
